DERİMOD CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS

The participation, membership and execution conditions of the program named “DERİMOD LEATHER CONFEKSİYON PAZ. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“DERİMOD”) CLUB CARD MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM” (“Program” or “CLUB Card”) are explained below.

Becoming a member of the Program indicates that the Participant has clearly read and accepted this agreement/participation and membership conditions. Therefore, we recommend that all Participants/Members read these membership conditions carefully.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?

Only real persons over 18 years of age can be a part of the “DERİMOD CLUB CARD MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM” program.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE PROGRAM?

Membership to the Program can be achieved in the following ways:

You can participate in the program through physical stores operating under the “DERIMOD” logo and located in the Region, excluding airports (duty free stores) and other retail sales points with a different DERIMOD sales management system. At the store cashiers, you will be sent a code specially created for you, which will replace your will to accept the program and your signature, along with the link to this membership and participation conditions via SMS. If you forward this code to the store staff, your membership will begin.
Your membership will start when you fill out the relevant form online from the www.derimod.com.tr website or mobile applications, from the DERİMOD CLUB CARD participation area, tick the box indicating that you accept the conditions and click the "REGISTER" button.

During your program membership process, your name, surname, mobile phone, e-mail address, gender and date of birth will be requested. This information will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF?

DERİMOD reserves the right to verify the identity of any Participant in any situation related to the Program (e.g. purchase, exchange or return, application of linked benefits, etc.).

You will receive discounts on seasonal products at increasing rates depending on your purchase amount.
You will be informed before the end of the season and have the chance to be the first to choose discounted products.
You will be the first to be informed about innovations.
You will be informed about advantageous products and services that suit your shopping preferences.
You can benefit from special and seasonal campaigns and privileges.
