When will my payment for my returned product be made?
Once the product reaches us or is dropped off at our store, your return is approved by performing the necessary checks. Once your return is approved, a fee will be deposited into your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

How can I pay for the product I purchased in installments?
If you made a purchase with the installment payment option, the refund is returned to your card in installments by your bank.

How can I exchange the product I purchased?
The products you have purchased from Derimod.com.tr and our stores can only be exchanged in our stores within 30 days. The product(s) you want to exchange must be undamaged and unused in its original packaging. Do not forget to bring your invoice when making the exchange.
