Investor Relations Unit
The Investor Relations Unit has been established to ensure the exercise of shareholders’ rights and to facilitate communication between the Company’s management and shareholders.
Within the scope of relations with shareholders, the Investor Relations Unit carries out the following duties:
a) To ensure that records relating to shareholders are kept properly, securely, and up to date.
b) To respond to shareholders’ written requests for information, excluding information about the company that has not been publicly disclosed and that is confidential or constitutes a trade secret.
c) To ensure that the general assembly meeting is held in accordance with the applicable legislation, the articles of association, and other internal company regulations.
d) To ensure the preparation of information and documents that shareholders may make use of at the general assembly meeting.
e) To ensure that voting results are recorded and that reports on the results are sent to shareholders.
f) To fulfill duties related to public disclosure, including the legislation and the company’s disclosure policy.
