Investor Relations Unit
The Investor Relations Unit has been established to ensure the exercise of shareholders' rights and to facilitate communication between the Company management and shareholders.
The Investor Relations Unit carries out the following duties within the scope of relations with shareholders:
a) To ensure that records related to shareholders are kept accurate, secure, and up-to-date.
b) To respond to shareholders' written information requests, except for undisclosed, confidential, and trade secret information related to the company.
c) To ensure that the general assembly meeting is held in accordance with the applicable legislation, the articles of association, and other internal company regulations.
d) To ensure the preparation of information and documents that shareholders can benefit from at the general assembly meeting.
e) To ensure the recording of voting results and the sending of reports related to the results to the shareholders.
f) To fulfill the duties related to public disclosure, including legislation and the company's information policy.
