Investor Relations Unit
The Investor Relations Unit was established to ensure the exercise of shareholders' rights and to facilitate communication between the company management and shareholders.
The Investor Relations Unit carries out the following duties within the scope of relations with shareholders:
a) To ensure that records related to shareholders are kept accurately, securely, and up to date.
b) To respond to shareholders' written information requests, except for undisclosed, confidential, and trade secret information related to the company.
c) To ensure the general assembly meeting is held in accordance with current legislation, the articles of association, and other internal company regulations.
d) To prepare information and documents that shareholders can benefit from at the general assembly meeting.
e) To keep records of voting results and ensure reports related to the results are sent to shareholders.
f) To fulfill duties related to public disclosure, including legislation and the company's disclosure policy.
