Investor Relations Unit
The Investor Relations Unit has been established to ensure that shareholders can exercise their rights and to facilitate communication between the Company’s management and shareholders.
Within the scope of relations with shareholders, the Investor Relations Unit carries out the following duties:
a) To ensure that shareholder records are kept properly, securely, and up to date.
b) To respond to shareholders’ written information requests, except for non-public, confidential, and trade secret information about the company.
c) To ensure that the general assembly meeting is held in accordance with applicable legislation, the articles of association, and other internal company regulations.
d) To ensure the preparation of information and documents that shareholders may use at the general assembly meeting.
e) To ensure that voting results are recorded and that reports on the results are sent to shareholders.
f) To fulfill public disclosure-related duties, including legislation and the company’s disclosure policy.
