During checkout, simply choose your preferred delivery method — we’ll ship your order to your address, or you can collect it from your selected store.

Before placing an order, you can check the estimated delivery time on the product detail pages.

During checkout, you will be asked to choose a delivery option. You may enter a new shipping address or select from your saved addresses.

Shipping costs will be added to your cart total.

You can view your order under the "My Orders" section. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may update the delivery address.

If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 1–3 business days under normal conditions. If the purchased item(s) are not in our warehouse stock, they will be supplied from Derimod stores.

You can track your order and shipment by logging into your account under the "My Orders" section, or via the “Order Inquiry” page without logging in.
