Under what conditions can I cancel my order?
For cancellation, you can cancel your order in the Order Details status of Your Order Received. In the Order Preparation status, we will start the process to ship your order. Please note that you can only cancel your order before it is shipped.

What should I do if I decide not to receive the product I ordered?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can easily cancel your order by stating the reason for cancellation. We would like to point out that the Return/Exchange procedure will be applied within 14 days for orders that have started shipping or are in your possession. The refund process for your money may vary depending on your bank.
