Within 1 year after joining Derimod Club, if your spending exceeds 6,000 TL, you move to the Gold membership tier.

If your spending with Derimod Club exceeds 12,000 TL within 1 year, you reach the Diamond tier.

Can Derimod Club be used as a credit card? Is there a membership fee?
Derimod Club is not an installment or credit card and does not provide financing. You can use Derimod Club with cash or bank cards in your purchases and earn points, or spend your accumulated points. Derimod Club membership is free of charge.

You can use your Derimod Club membership for purchases at all Derimod stores and on our website.
Using the Derimod Club Card
How many points do I earn on purchases? Can earned points be used on all products?
When you join Derimod Club, you start earning points at a rate of 2% on your purchases. As your membership segment increases, the earning rate also increases: Silver earns 2%, Gold earns 5%, and Diamond earns 10% of your spending.

Is there a spending condition/limit when using accumulated points?
Yes, the spending condition/limit differs between stores and our website. In stores, you can use all of your Derimod Club points up to 50% of the purchase amount. For example, to use 250 TL in points, your purchase must be at least 500 TL. On our website, you can use all your points as long as your order total is higher than your point balance.
How do I upgrade my Derimod Club membership segment?
Within 1 year after joining Derimod Club, if your spending exceeds 6,000 TL, you reach the Gold segment and earn 5% in points on your purchases. If your spending exceeds 12,000 TL within 1 year, you move to Diamond and earn 10%.

How long are earned points valid? Can unused points be converted to cash or transferred?
Points earned with Derimod Club are deleted at the end of the following year. For example, points earned in 2023 remain valid until the end of December 2024 and expire as of January 1, 2025. You can track your point history via our mobile app.
“Campaign Points” earned from Derimod Club campaigns must be used within the time frames specified in the campaign terms.

Can I create a Derimod Club membership with a foreign phone number?
You can create a membership only with a mobile number registered to a Turkish GSM operator. Membership cannot be created with a foreign number.
Can I create a Derimod Club membership on behalf of a company or institution?
No. Derimod Club memberships cannot be created for legal entities such as companies or institutions. Derimod Club is a membership program exclusively for real, individual persons.
Will purchases made before I became a member be reflected as points?
You earn points on purchases made from the date you become a member.
I no longer use the phone number registered to my Derimod Club membership and want to change it to my current number. What should I do?

Earned rights are personal. Therefore, earned discounts and points cannot be transferred to another person.
How can I track my Derimod Club points?
You can track them at the cashier in our stores, on our website, and via the mobile app. You can also call our customer service at 0850 288 42 88.
I used my points to make a purchase but I want to exchange/return the product. What happens to my Derimod Club points from this purchase?
For returns, the points you earned will be deducted from your balance after the return is processed, and any points you used will be refunded to you. For exchanges, you will earn points again on the amount of the exchanged product.
