Refund policy

We understand if you change your mind.

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date using one of the methods below at no cost.

Place your invoice or order number, the reason for return, and the products you wish to return in the box.
The product(s) you wish to return must be sent back in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Products not placed in a shipping bag or products with damaged boxes due to improper packaging (e.g., taped boxes) cannot be accepted for return.
Campaign conditions are valid only during the campaign period.
Products purchased via www.derimod.com.tr cannot be returned if exchanged in-store.
Products sent anonymously or without a request to our stores will not be processed according to the return procedure. Please ensure your product is sent to the Derimod Product Control Center.
Returns that are inspected by our product control team and not approved will be sent back to the sender with shipping costs covered by the sender.
Once your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant departments. This process typically takes 2-7 business days.
