Shipping and Delivery
We ensure that you receive your product quickly.
When placing your order, specify your delivery preference – you can choose to have your products delivered to your address or pick them up from a selected store.
Delivery to Your Address
- Before placing an order, you can find information about the estimated delivery time on the product detail pages.
- During the order process, you will be asked to choose your delivery preference – you can specify the address you wish to receive the delivery at or select from your saved addresses.
- The shipping cost will be added to your cart total.
- You can view your order under the "My Orders" section and make address changes for orders that have not yet been handed over for shipping.
- If the products you ordered are available in our stock, they will be dispatched within 1-3 days under normal conditions. If the purchased product(s) are not in our stock, they will be sourced from Derimod stores.
- You can track your order and shipping by logging into the “My Orders” section or, if you are not logged in, via the “Order Inquiry” section.
Store Pickup
- You can now place your order online and pick it up from the store of your choice. During the order process, you will be asked to choose your delivery preference – you can select a store that is convenient for you to pick up the product from.
- If the product is not available at your selected store, we will deliver it to the specified store.
- You will be notified via SMS when the product is ready for pickup
