In cases where a product is manufactured, customized, or altered upon the special request of our customers, or where the nature of the product prevents its return (e.g., items that spoil quickly or have an expired usage date), or where the product has been used, or even if unused, has been removed from its packaging, our customers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal. Similarly, products sold on our Site cannot be returned if the product's packaging label has been removed, torn, or damaged.
