02 Can I shopping without singing up?

You can continue your shopping on Derimod.com.tr without becoming a member. However, if you become a member, you can easily track the status of your order and be informed about innovations and campaigns.

03 How Can I Update My Membership Information?

You can update all your information from the "My Account Information" menu within your account. We would like to point out that we can perform the systemic update with the confirmation e-mail that will be sent to your e-mail when you update your membership information. If you do not confirm, your old e-mail will remain registered in our system.

04 I Forgot My Password, How Should I Proceed?

When you click on the account icon in the upper right corner of all our pages, you will be directed to the page where you can log in. If you enter your e-mail using the "Forgot My Password" button on the page, we will send a password reset link to your e-mail.

05 I no longer use the email address I signed up with, how can I proceed?

We will communicate all processes regarding your order to you via e-mail. Therefore, it is important that your e-mail address is up to date so that you can follow the process. You can log in with your existing e-mail and password and update your e-mail within your account. Please do not forget to confirm the activation e-mail that we will send to your current e-mail address. If confirmation does not occur, we will not be able to update your email address.

06 Can I cancel my site membership?

You must submit your request by calling the call center at 0850 288 4 288.

07 How can I update my address information?

After logging in, you can view your existing addresses, edit them or add a new address by clicking on the "My Address Information" tab under the "My Account Information" link.

08 How can I place an order through your website?

To shop on our website, add the product(s) you want to buy to your cart. To purchase the products in your cart, you must first click on the "My Cart" section in the upper right corner and click on the "Complete cart" section in the lower right corner in the opened section. Continue by checking your cart, clicking the "Continue" button and entering your address information. You can complete the order by entering your payment information on the page that opens.

09 How can I find out the status of my order?

After logging into your account, you need to go to the "My Orders" page on the left menu. In the Order Details, you will see the Cargo Tracking button so that you can track your product cargo with "Shipped" status. You can track your cargo on the page you are directed to. You can check by entering your order number and e-mail via Order Tracking by clicking on the icon without logging in.

10 When will the product I ordered be shipped and how long will it take to receive it?

The orders you place on our site will be shipped within 1-3 days if our products are in stock. Shipping process may vary depending on location and cargo branch density. We kindly ask you to contact the cargo company regarding this matter.

11 Can I add/remove items after creating an order?

Once the order is created, no changes can be made to its content.

12 Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If your order is not in the "Shipped" status, you can edit your addresses, but unfortunately you cannot make changes once your order has been shipped.

13 Can I cancel after placing an order?

If you want to cancel any of your orders, you must go to the My Orders page on the left menu after logging into your account. If your order is in the Preparing status in Order Details, you can cancel your order. Please note that you can only cancel your order before it is shipped. You can also submit your request by calling the call center at 0850 288 4 288.

14 Can you gift wrap the product I purchased?

Unfortunately, we do not have a gift package option.

15 The product I purchased arrived faulty/wrong, how should I proceed?

For wrong or faulty products, you can proceed with the following options. Return: You can send the product to our warehouse for return via the cargo companies listed on our website. Change: If you make a request through our call center with the store information you want to change, the necessary actions will be taken.

16 I have not received an invoice for the products I purchased, how can I get it?

If you contact our call center, your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address registered in the systems.

17 What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card and ATM/Debit card when shopping on our site.

18 Can't I make the payment during product delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to pay at the door.

19 Can my credit card be charged even if I do not give approval?

For all payment options, regardless of the amount, you will be directed to the 3D Secure Payment page. If you do not enter and confirm the code sent to your phone at the last stage, no money will be withdrawn from your card or account.

20 The connection was lost during payment. Has money been debited from my account?

First of all, you need to contact your bank and get information about whether there is any fee deduction. If your order has not been placed even though money has been withdrawn from your account, the necessary checks will be carried out if you contact our call center and submit your request.

We never keep your credit card information. It is a process that takes place entirely between you and your bank, as you are directed to the 3D Secure page during payment.

You can check your card information and the balance of the card or account you are trying to pay. If you receive an error message about the site, you can contact us via e-mail by attaching screenshots.

You can return a product you purchased from Derimod.com.tr free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. You can send the product(s) you want to return to us in its original packaging, undamaged and unused, or you can leave the product(s) at our Derimod stores. It is not placed in a cargo bag and in its box. Products damaged by taping cannot be returned.

27 When will my payment for my returned product be made?

Once the product reaches us or is dropped off at our store, your return is approved by performing the necessary checks. Once your return is approved, a fee will be deposited into your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

28 How can I pay for the product I purchased in installments?

If you made a purchase with the installment payment option, the refund is returned to your card in installments by your bank.

29 How can I exchange the product I purchased?

The products you have purchased from Derimod.com.tr and our stores can only be exchanged in our stores within 30 days. The product/products you want to exchange must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging. Do not forget to bring your invoice when making the exchange.

30 There is no Derimod store in my city. Can I make an exchange online?

Our exchange transactions are made only through the store. Refunds will be provided if you send the products to the warehouse.
