The Method of Collection, Purpose of Processing, Legal Reason, and Processed Personal Data of Your Personal Data
Your personal information is directly collected from you in physical and electronic environments and processed into our systems in accordance with these explanations in the link within the SMS sent to you during your visits to our stores, your shopping, product review requests, and Club card memberships. If you purchase goods or services from DERİMOD, join the CLUB card program, or otherwise enter into a commercial or legal relationship; identity information (name, surname, gender, date of birth), your contact details (e-mail address, address, and phone information), data related to the product you purchased, your membership information, transaction security data, and visual data reflected on security cameras in our stores will be processed by DERİMOD within the framework of lawful reasons specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law and depending on the type and nature of the processed data, jointly or separately, based on the legal grounds of establishing and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, and mandatory legitimate interests without harming your rights.
With your explicit consent, your personal data will be processed for the purposes of producing special campaigns for you, informing you about and enabling you to benefit from the product and service advantages offered by DERİMOD, providing and offering you various advantages, and conducting all kinds of electronic communications for special advertising, sales, marketing, surveys, and similar purposes.

Our Data Processing Purposes
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of executing the sale processes of goods and services, fulfilling the DERİMOD Club Card program membership agreement processes, conducting Goods/Service Sales and After-Sales Support Processes, managing Loyalty Processes related to our Products, managing Customer Relationship Management Processes, carrying out activities aimed at Customer Satisfaction, ensuring Physical Venue Security, conducting Analysis Studies, managing Advertising / Campaign / Promotion Processes and activities in compliance with legislation, financial and accounting transactions, handling Requests and Complaints, Communication Activities, and ensuring Information security.
Registration Method for Processing Your Personal Data
If you separately approve the matters explained in this Personal Data Processing Clarification Text presented to your attention within the SMS text sent to your GSM number electronically, the matters in the electronic commercial communication permission section, and the conditions in the club card program participation text, your approval and registration process will be completed if you notify the passwords specially produced and sent to you within the same SMS to the store personnel separately for each process. An informational SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided after the process. You can always apply to DERİMOD to withdraw your permissions.
Transfer of Personal Data
DERİMOD Your personal data specified here by Derimod will be transferred, provided that sufficient and effective measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles stipulated in the legislation; to public institutions or organizations authorized to request these data due to legal obligation, to our business partners and suppliers with whom we cooperate and receive services to deliver our products and services to you, (Communication Management System, Cargo for product delivery, company providing SMS services, call center for customer relations, Courts and Lawyers in case of disputes,) within the scope of the processing reasons stated above, pursuant to Article 8 of the Law.
Your Rights Under the Law
As personal data owners, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request that the transaction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred, request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist despite being processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws and request that the transaction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred, object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and demand compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data. You can send your requests in writing by mail to our company address, If you send your request to DERİMOD in a verifiable manner by confirming your identity via the email address previously registered in our systems at kvkk@derimod.com.tr or by other methods specified in the legislation, the request will be finalized as soon as possible and no later than thirty days depending on the nature of the request.

General terms and conditions of membership
Located at Gürsel Mahallesi İmrahor Caddesi Premier Kampüs Ofis Blok No:29 /A 219 independent section Kağıthane/İSTANBUL Turkey, DERİMOD DERİ KONFEKSİYON PAZ. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“DERİMOD”) targets its customers and potential customers (“Participant” or “Participants”) with the “DERİMOD CLUB CARD MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM” (“Program” or “Club Card”) and the participation, membership, and execution conditions related to this program are regulated.
Membership in the Program indicates that the Participant has clearly read and accepted this agreement/participation and membership conditions. Therefore, we recommend that all Participants/Members carefully read these membership conditions
WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAM
Only real persons over the age of 18 can be part of the DERİMOD CLUB CARD MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM:
HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM?
Membership in the Program can be done in the following ways:
a) You can participate in the program through physical stores operating under the “DERİMOD” logo located in the Region, excluding airports (duty free stores) and other retail points with a different DERİMOD sales management system. At the store checkouts, a code specially produced for you, which will replace your acceptance and signature of the program along with the link to these membership and participation terms, will be sent to you via SMS. Your membership will start if you provide this code to the store staff.
b) www.derimod.com.tr If you register online via the website or mobile applications, from the DERİMOD CLUB CARD participation area, by filling in the information mentioned in the above section and checking the box indicating that you accept these participation terms and membership document located under the relevant form and pressing the REGISTER button, your membership will start.
During your membership registration process, your name, surname, mobile phone, email address, and your date of birth as one of the main purposes of the program to provide you with special discounts will be requested from you. Identity and contact information other than the date of birth are mandatory for participation in the program. The date of birth information will be used within the scope of legitimate interests to create special discounts for you on your birthdays if you share it. All personal data mentioned here will be processed based on the legal reason of establishing and performing a contract pursuant to Article 5/2 of Law No. 6698. Details are also specified below.
Membership in the Program will be completely free for the Participant.
DERİMOD will communicate with the Member via the email address or by calling and sending SMS to the phone number provided by the Member during registration. The Member is responsible for keeping the email address and phone number up to date and notifying DERİMOD of any changes and the current communication channel.
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
DERİMOD reserves the right to verify the identity of any Participant in any situation related to the Program (for example, purchase, exchange or return, application of linked benefits, etc.).
When you become a member of the DERİMOD CLUB PROGRAM, you will own a Derimod CLUB CARD;. As cardholders
• You earn increasing discounts based on the shopping amount on seasonal products,
• You will be informed before the end of the season and have the chance to be the first to choose discounted products,
• You will be the first to be informed about innovations
• You are informed about advantageous products and services suitable for your shopping preferences,
• You benefit from special and seasonal campaigns and privileges,
Information, applications, point applications, and Derimod card-related applications regarding prices, discounts, campaigns, and gift points in catalogs, brochures, written and printed visuals, and on our website may be unilaterally changed and/or removed by our company at any time without prior notice.
The scope of this membership relationship is limited to retail sales. When members want to purchase more than a certain quantity of products from a physical store, the store personnel will carry out the transaction not through the store but through DERİMOD Retail Bulk Sales or Retail Bulk Sales stores and will collect the payment from the member/customer as a transfer to DERİMOD's bank account IBAN. The mentioned types of sales are outside the scope of this program,
There are upper discount limits that club card program members can earn daily, monthly, and yearly specifically for sales transactions. DERİMOD reserves the right to make changes to these scales or to restrict functions such as point spending/earning for customers who reach these scales.
DERİMOD CLUB PROGRAM is free. DERİMOD has the right to unilaterally change related applications, cancel, and suspend the program at any time.
DERİMOD cannot be held responsible for announcements, promotional points, etc., received late or incorrectly due to malfunctions in the DERİMOD CLUB PROGRAM member program system infrastructure, or for the inability to provide opportunities to the Member.
The Member, within the scope of DERİMOD CLUB PROGRAM, under valid conditions,
will benefit until the membership expiration date.
PROCEDURES FOR RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
In the exchange and return of discounted products, the discounted price paid by the customer is taken as the basis.
ENTRY INTO FORCE AND DURATION
The program comes into effect on the approval date and is subject to an indefinite period.
DERİMOD may, at any time and at its sole discretion, unilaterally change any policy, term, and condition related to this Membership, including the Participation Conditions, the Personal Data Protection Law Disclosure Text, and the Data Processing Policy, depending on changes in data processing procedures, provided that it does not violate applicable legislation, by announcing it on the website. The changed provisions of the Conditions related to this Membership will become effective on the date they are announced on the website, while the remaining provisions will remain in force and continue to produce effects. To avoid any doubt, the contract Conditions related to this Membership cannot be unilaterally changed by the Member.
LEAVING THE PROGRAM
Members who wish to cancel their PROGRAM membership will also have their club card program membership accounts used as DERİMOD users canceled.
In this context, you can cancel the Participant Program subscription through the following channels and consequently process the cancellation procedure related to being a user:
¬ By using the option to unsubscribe from membership via the mobile app or website
¬ kvkk@derimod.com.tr By sending an e-mail to com.tr address
¬ By calling customer services
Once the Participant initiates the cancellation process, they will lose all unused advantages obtained from past purchases, if any, without the possibility of restoration later if necessary.
If the Participant exercises the right to delete their personal data related to their e-mail address and phone number, the club card program membership will be automatically canceled and as a result, they will lose all unused advantages obtained from past purchases, if any.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Turkish Law shall apply for the resolution of all disputes arising from the interpretation and/or implementation of the membership agreement, and Istanbul Central Courts and enforcement offices shall be authorized. This article is accepted, declared, and committed by the parties as a jurisdiction agreement.
FRAUD
The Member accepts and declares that the information disclosed and to be disclosed later is correct, that they will update it immediately in case of any changes, and that they will compensate for any damages DERIMOD may suffer if the information is incorrect.
DERIMOD reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if it detects fraudulent or suspicious behavior of Members who improperly benefit from the advantages of the DERIMOD Program. 2023

DERIMOD CLUB CARD PROGRAM CONSENT TEXT
I have read the DERIMOD CLUB Card program membership terms sent to me by DERIMOD DERİ KONFEKSİYON PAZ. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. I accept these terms by having the code sent to me via SMS told to the store personnel.
COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE PERMISSION
I give my consent to DERIMOD DERİ KONFEKSİYON PAZ. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. to send commercial electronic messages (CALL, SMS, E MAIL, MOBILE PUSH) containing advertising-promotion marketing content, announcements, promotion, and advertising of various products-services and general/special opportunities to the communication addresses I have provided and will provide later in various forms during membership/shopping/visit transactions in stores and websites (internet and/or mobile versions) or stores (mobile phone, e-mail address, and others); and I approve by telling the code specially produced for me and sent to my mobile phone to the cashier.
Information Note
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; records of consent withdrawal will be kept for 1 year from this date; all other records related to the content of commercial electronic messages and the sending will be kept for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry if necessary. After the period expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by DERIMOD or upon your request.
