Place the measuring tape at the widest point of your chest and measure your bust circumference.

2. Waist

When you place your hands on your hips, the point where your hands are is your waistline, where your waist is at its narrowest point.

3. Hips

Stand with your heels together and measure the circumference of your hips at their widest point.
