Your order will be shipped within 30 (thirty) days at the latest after the product reaches the Seller and payment control is approved, to the Buyer within Turkey or to the address indicated, delivered to the cargo on behalf of the recipient.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability, without giving any reason, and without paying any fee within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt in distance contracts related to the sale of goods, or during the period from the establishment of the contract until the delivery of the goods (except for contracts arranged for product groups for which the right of withdrawal specified in article 3.1 below cannot be used).
In distance contracts related to service delivery, this period starts on the date the contract is signed. If a single order or a single product is delivered to the Buyer multiple times, the period starts from the final delivery date; if the same product is regularly delivered to the Buyer multiple times, the first delivery date is taken as the start of the withdrawal period.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, including return shipping fees, are borne by the seller. If the seller does not provide prior information about the right of withdrawal in the pre-information form to the Buyer, the right of withdrawal is one year, and with appropriate notification within one year, the 14-day period starts.
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt or signing of the contract without assuming legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, they are obliged to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller or provider. After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must deliver the product to YURTİÇİ KARGO SERVİSİ A.Ş. with payment on delivery. The Buyer can reach the cargo company at the customer service number 444 99 99.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the law, and the product price has been collected, it shall be refunded to the Buyer within the period specified below:
a. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods subject to the right of withdrawal are delivered to the carrier specified by the Seller above by the Buyer, the Seller shall refund all payments collected from the Buyer, including delivery costs to the Buyer if any, using the payment method used by the Buyer.
b. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised; If the Buyer returns the goods with a carrier other than the one specified above for return, the seller shall refund all payments collected from the Buyer, including delivery costs to the Buyer if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods reach the Seller, using the payment method used by the Buyer.
c. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal before the delivery of the goods to themselves; The seller shall refund all payments collected, including delivery costs to the Buyer if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal reaches the seller by the notification method specified in this contract, using the payment method used by the Buyer.
3.1. CONTRACTS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
In contracts for the delivery of any of the following products, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal:
a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices fluctuate due to financial market changes and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
b) Contracts for goods prepared according to the buyer's requests or personal needs.
c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire.
ç) Contracts for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
e) Contracts related to books, digital content, and computer consumables presented in a material medium, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under subscription contracts.
g) Contracts related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure or entertainment activities to be performed on a specific date or period.
ğ) Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer.
h) Contracts for services started with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
i) Contracts concluded by live auction in the form of an auction.
4. NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS
The Buyer can make all returns, exchanges, and other complaints and requests other than the right of withdrawal to the notification addresses and phone numbers specified in Article 3. Requests and demands related to product quality control are communicated to the Buyer positively or negatively by phone or e-mail after the report of the product inspection section on the subject.

6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The Buyer may apply regarding complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the place where the Buyer purchased the goods or services or where the residence is located, within the monetary limits determined annually in December by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, or to the Consumer Arbitration Board with the condition of applying to the mediator before filing a lawsuit pursuant to Article 73/A of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
