This section explains the basic features of the product or products subject to the contract.

Your order will be shipped within 1 (one) day following the approval after payment control once the Product reaches the Seller, and will be delivered to the Buyer or the address indicated within Turkey within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt in distance contracts related to the sale of goods, without assuming any legal and criminal liability before receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any fee. In distance contracts related to the provision of services, this period starts from the date the contract is signed. If a single order or single product is delivered to the Consumer in multiple installments, the period is taken as the last delivery date; if the same product is regularly delivered to the Consumer multiple times, the first delivery date is taken as the start of the withdrawal period.

Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal, including the shipping fee for the return, are borne by the seller. If the seller does not provide prior information about the right of withdrawal in the preliminary information form to the Consumer, the right of withdrawal is one year, and with appropriate notification within one year, 14 days start.

The consumer can reject the goods or services within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery or signing the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and return them from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller or provider. Accordingly, the Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product as specified in the Distance Contract. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal to the Seller.

The buyer has accepted the goods/services for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used as regulated in Article 6 of the Distance Contract.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must deliver the product subject to return to UPS Cargo company with payment by the recipient. The consumer can reach the cargo company at the customer service number 444 00 33.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened and used after delivery; products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, and unusable products.

4. NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS

The buyer can make returns, exchanges, and all other complaints and requests except for the right of withdrawal to the notification addresses and phone numbers specified in Article 3. Requests and demands related to product quality control are communicated to the customer positively or negatively by phone or e-mail after the report from the relevant product inspection department. If the buyer is justified, the necessary return or exchange procedures are carried out and the process is concluded.

5. VALIDITY

This preliminary information form will proceed to the stage of establishing the consumer contract after being read and accepted electronically by the Consumer. The consumer can access this preliminary information form and the distance sales contract from the 'my orders' link and the order confirmation email whenever they wish.

6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

The consumer may apply regarding complaints and objections to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the place where the consumer purchased the goods or services or where their residence is located, within the monetary limits determined annually in December by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
